This impressive bouquet expresses mastering of the feathers`s capacity to reverberate light and colors. Feathers create lightness and give the flowers a look close to natural.
The artist will see its work come to life after a patient selection, a specific shaping and intriguing arrangement of the feathers.
Some paintings may require up to 20,000 feathers of all shapes and sizes and take up to 2 years to complete.
Feathers are sometimes indocile and reflect light their own way, which might be different then the artist`s prevision ! The work, then, has to be redone to the artist`s satisfaction.
