Raging Sea

by Sonia Wentser

The raging storm contrasts with the motionlessness of the tower.

To create this contrast, the artist has privileged to show complete swan coquille to give an impression of stokes and this way accentuate the movement.

Interrupting the raging assault of skies, the tower rectilinear structure illustrates the usefulness of turkey feathers which underline mansonry effects.

To emphasize motion of waves, the artist has used only the hair of swan coquille, their flexibility complying with the artist's objective : create movement.
